Drawkiller V5.00

Whats new?
1) Drawkiller QR-switch (queen and rook on the center-lines exchange their places, which doubles the number
of possible DK openings)
2) Drawkiller human: Drawkiller (classic and QR-switch) positions (as FEN-code) followed by 4,5,6 human opening
moves out of the Megabase 2021 (both players 2300+ Elo). Because the human openings are played out of the normal
chess starting position, not out of one of the 4 Drawkiller positions, a lot of move-lines were illegal and had
to be sorted out.
3) No longer balanced Drawkiller openings, but now not one but 7 different unbalanced Drawkiller opening-sets,
with increasing advantage for white (=same concept as in Unbalanced Human Openings and WOMP openings).

What Drawkiller openings look like:

1. e3 d6 2. Nh3 Nc6 3. Bd3 Be6 4. O-O Qd7 5. Kh1 O-O-O 6. Re1 Kb8 7. Bf1 Ka8 8. Ng1 Qe8 9. Nf3 Bc8 10. Ng1 Nb8
1. d3 e6 2. Be3 Bd6 3. Nc3 Nh6 4. Qd2 O-O 5. O-O-O Kh8 6. Kb1 Re8 7. Ka1 Bf8 8. Qe1 Ng8 9. Bc1 Nf6 10. Nb1 Ng8
(Kings move to opposite sides of the board and the queens do not stand on the same line anymore)

New in V5: Same concept, but queen and rook on the center-lines exchange their places - I call it QR-switch:

1. e3 d6 2. Nh3 Nc6 3. Bd3 Be6 4. O-O Qd7 5. Kh1 O-O-O 6. Qe2 Re8 7. Rd1 Qd8 8. Qe1 Kb8 9. Be2 Ka8 10. Bf1 Bc8 11. Ng1 Nb8
1. d3 e6 2. Be3 Bd6 3. Nc3 Nh6 4. Qd2 O-O 5. O-O-O Kh8 6. Kb1 Qe7 7. Re1 Rd8 8. Qd1 Qe8 9. Ka1 Be7 10. Bc1 Ng8 11. Nb1 Bf8
(Kings move to opposite sides of the board and the queens do not stand on the same line anymore, but queen and rook
in the center exchanged their places)

Using that "QR-switch"-trick, the number of possible Drawkiller openings are doubled. That made it possible, to
build not one but 7 different unbalanced Drawkiller opening-sets, with increasing advantage for white (=same
concept as in Unbalanced Human Openings and WOMP openings):

There are 7 folders with different Drawkiller V5 openings-sets, with increasing advantage for white:
Eval [+0.90;+0.99]
Eval [+1.00;+1.09]
Eval [+1.10;+1.19]
Eval [+1.20;+1.29]
Eval [+1.30;+1.39]
Eval [+1.40;+1.49]
Eval [+1.50;+1.59]

Each folder contains 8 DK openings-sets and opening books (FritzGUI, ShredderGUI, Arena, Polyglot) built out
of the big files (bigger eval interval of 0.29 instead of 0.09)):

Drawkiller classic 2,3,4 moves (contains Drawkiller lines, followed by 2,3,4 pawn moves and Drawkiller QR-switch
lines, followed by 2,3,4 pawn moves), And a bigger 4 moves file with a bigger eval interval of 0.29 instead of 0.09.

Drawkiller human 4,5,6 moves: One of the 4 possible Drawkiller "endpositions" (2x classic and 2x QR-switch) as
FEN-code followed by 4,5,6 human opening moves out of the Megabase 2020 (both players 2400+ Elo). Because the human
openings are played out of the normal chess starting position, not out of one of the 4 Drawkiller positions, a lot
of move-lines were illegal and had to be sorted out. And a bigger 6 moves file with a bigger eval interval of
0.29 instead of 0.09.

The idea is to adjust the draw-rate of engine-tests and tournaments in a recommended interval of around 40%-60% by
using a different DK V5 opening sets.
At the moment, it is recommended to use the first DK sets with [+0.90;+0.99]. But if this set gives a too high
draw-rate, because of a very drawish test-environment (Stockfish vs. another Stockfish for example), you can use a
higher DK V5 set, to shrink the draw-rate.
Same for the computerchess in the future, where faster hardware and stronger engines will lead to increasing
draw-rates, too. Then using a higher DK V5 (more advantage for white) set can be useful.
But mention, that the draw-rate should not get too low (below 40%), because this will lead to a lot of 1:1-pairs
(= one opening line is clearly won for white, when Engine A and Engine B plays white in a head-to-head, both Engines
win one game, using that opening-line (=1:1 points/pair)). If the draw-rate in your engine-testings is below 40%,
you should switch to a lower DK V5 set (=smaller advantage for white) otherwise you will shrink the Elo spreading
of your test-results!!!

Mention, that the DK V5 files are getting smaller and smaller, the higher the Eval-interval is, because the games
in the Megabase getting rarer and rarer, giving white such a huge advantage.

These unbalanced openings give white a clear advantage, so these openings can be used for Armageddon rescoring.
But it is also possible, to use these openings with regular chess with classcial scoring system.
